Mcdonald's

The manager at this mc Donald’s, goes above and beyond with the attention! I’m impressed she was super diligent and correct and striving to give the best service possible! I know she must be tired because is a Sunday and even tho she still has energy And doing everything right with her team… I came by the night shift don’t know her schedule but if anybody knows her congratulations and keep the good work going!

I came to get some food and apparently the front was closed down. No signs or anything but when i went to the front i get told the front was closed down cause the registers weren't working in a demeaning and rude tone. That's fine with me i just didn't like the rude lady. If you don't like your job find a new one.

I placed a mobile order with one meal and one extra cheeseburger. I go there 10 minutes later to pick it up, and when I get there, it wasn’t done. They told me that my my order ‘messed up the system’ or something and so I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for them to do something. They finally tell me that I should just go through the line and order again. So I did, and while I was waiting for my food, all of the employees were standing around talking. Once I finally got my food, it was all cold. Never going back to this McDonald’s

It was one of the better McDonald's, but their staff have become sh*t in the past few months. Time to clean house. The Thursday night crew was awful. I called customer service and they're not even open. Terrible proletariat food Service. Garbage for the masses indicating of a systemic national problem.

Was just there yesterday. CO2 was down so they had no drinks including tea. Ordered food. Staff was rude & instead of saying can I help you, the girl rolled her eyes & asked what was wrong. Then my bun had little black circles all over the bottom of it & she tried to tell me that's where it was toasted. Nope! I've ate enough food from McDonalds to know the bun is never toasted like that! Look like mold. She didn't offer to make it right or nothing. She just turned around & walked over to the fries. RUDE & NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER! It was a horrible experience. She needs a class in how to act!

Okay, I'm going to preface this review with the fact that these poor people were so understaffed. They were kind and helpful, they just had no support. I rarely eat out and almost never at McDonald's. Not because of the restaurants, but because of my health issues. I had been craving chicken nuggets and fries for days. But the nuggets HAVE to be where they're just out of the fryer (with new to newer oil) where they're super crispy but that tiny bit of moisture when you bite in! Bliss. These were not those nuggets. Couldn't even finish them. The oil tasted old and the nugs were not freshly fried. (And I'm spoiled by my son using peanut oil in our deep fryer and making me nugs but he moved so nug perfection is lost.) Again, I am not upset with the staff that were on duty. They were doing the best they could during a heavy lunch rush and I think only 3 people running the whole place - drive thru and lobby. At that point, they get props for even sticking it out. Like I said, these 3 people were so kind and polite and didn't let their day show for customers. That's deserving of 10 stars, right there. I will try them again when they're not so slammed. They earned that much.

After almost a 10 minute wait in the drive through line with no acknowledgement, went inside and waited again. No employees to be seen, just young men in the back doing nothing. At that time a customer came in and made a complaint. Someone had TAKEN A BITE out of just the meat patty in the burger and served it. Disgusting and will never return. This was 6/21/22 around noon.
