Wendy's

I come to this location frequently and every time it is something new. At first it was dry, old chicken nuggets. Simply stopped ordering them. Then cold unsalted frys(however, no problem with that recently) tonight it was a old baked potato that looked like it was from this morning. To top off my meal tonight my Asiago grilled sandwich was made entirely wrong. No cheese, no bacon, no ranch sauce. They put honey mustard on it. Lady at the first window was extremely nice don’t recall here name (about 8pm) the lady at the second window sounded like she had an attitude when I asked for salt and pepper and sour cream for my baked potato. Her response “there’s one in there”. I work fast food and have been in management no way would I put someone like that in the window. Completely ruins the experience for the paying customer. Didn’t have the energy to drive back up there to have it remade. Only perks tonight was the lady in the first window, the sweet tea was actually good for once, and the line moved extremely fast considering it was dead.

One of the nicest Wendy’s I’ve visited. Fast food places seem pretty stressed during these times but I noticed the team and staff members keeping the energy full hearted and positive. Also the music is kind of groovy. The food I ordered was super quick fresh and service was happy. This place is really clean too, doesn’t really smell of oily floors or trash like some other local places. All around good dining experience for a fast food establishment. 5 stars. Ps. The portions are quite large. I was very surprised by the size of a medium.

This is a large fry?! And no sauce for nuggets had to pull to the side to wait for food and we get no sauce, no napkins nothing handed our food and they walked away as quick as possible line wrapped around the building by the time we received our food so I'm not wasting my gas to wait 15 minutes for sauce and napkins but NO ONE likes a nugget with no sauce. Get it right Wendy's. Let's also add they can't count we ordered the family size that's a 50pc not 47.
