Update: The food finally arrived after about an hour and a half of waiting. The fries were cold. There were no straws. No utensils. No napkins. The Blizzards were melting. The hot dogs and burger were mediocre at best.
Never again. I'd give ZERO stars if I could.
BTW. There were many employees inside. There did NOT appear to be a staff shortage.

Ordered on the app. Waited in a stall and was told to go through the drive through. Waited. Drive through not moving. Called and was told my order would be brought out. Waited. Went inside and asked. They said they are completing my order now. Still waiting over an hour so far, but I've already paid in the app. No food so far. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER. DO NOT GO HERE FOR FOOD.

Waited 30 mins for a Reece milk shake and got m & m with all whip creme hardly any ice cream!! This place needs better staff!! People just walking in and out of the place and the staff never apologize and play around!! If you like a circus come here and watch!!

Sat in the stall for 12 minutes after the notification button was pressed (Screen acknowledged this). Multiple employees in the building. We were never acknowledged. Finally left.

The slowest fast food place ever. Now I know why the place never has customers. And be care for black mold in the ice. They need better management or ownership.

Sit in line 45 mins, get to the window and pay. Just for them to tell us the cookers we’re down but cars behind us continued to get there food? All I ordered was two cheese sticks.

It was ok we got the milkshakes they are great takes a bit longer now a days to make them with the government giving away so much money for people to stay home

Pulled to the drive thru and someone announced..'Before u order we want u to know our ice cream machine is down and we don't have any frozen drinks or fries or onion rings.....what the world..why yall even open then?

I would have given it five stars, but when we pulled in the drive-in nobody answered the intercom and so we had to go through the drive-thru. We wasted about 8 minutes and then had to go to the drive-thru.
