Little Caesars

People who came in after us and ordered were getting things out the door in roughly 15 minutes with SEVERAL pizzas. Us? 45!!!! We ordered 1 pizza. The crust is gross and that was suppose to be the best part, because it was stuffed with cheese. I will Not return here to this location, despite this is actually my daughter's favorite pizza.

Custom called in order, not very many toppings even though I paid extra for a non-hot n ready pizza. I wanted breadsticks but the woman said “Ain’t got none” She was short rude unfriendly, seemed like she was doing me a favor. I’m done with Little C. I’ll make a point NOT to go here, and tell everyone not to either. just go somewhere else,

Pizza was not cooked correctly (dough raw in the center, cheese not browned, not spread to sides like Detroit style as advertised) and pepperoncinis were substituted in place of banana peppers (not the same thing!) The part of the crust that was cooked enough to eat was tough and flavorless. This looks and tastes nothing like it should. Terrible. Update: adjusting from one star to three since management reached out to learn more about the problem and promised to take steps to fix. Seems as though employees are not allowing dough enough time to rise and then overloading the oven which is keeping the dough from cooking properly. No idea why there are pepperoncinis, though. Owner/manager was kind and sent out a gift card for a replacement pizza which was appreciated, since the one I purchased was inedible.

The Hollywood connection. Floyd Baker boulevard is/was a haven for celebrities. Yes you'll be quite surprised who you see there. Me and Jane have been there as has Mr Byars from Survivor, as has Andie Macdowell, The two firemen from The amazing race, Sandra and Jeremiah, certain people from the TV show where you don't wear any clothes at all and spend 21 days in a jungle.... Me and my mom went there numerous times, in fact Gaffney is one of her favorite places. Everyone criss crossing on West Floyd Baker Boulevard as well as East and West Montgomery Street. Ever so often you see someone at a restaurant or store. Especially at the Premium Mall in Gaffney. I just have to wonder if the Little Caesars people ever realize who has been in their restaurant. Certain people from Big Brother Certain people from The Bachelor, certain people from MTV, and certain people from MGM. Everyone going to Jane's dad's house. My Ford Taurus sort of stood out from the Rolls-Royce's and Ferrari. Little Caesars in Gaffney gets a workout. It often gets more traffic than Little Caesars in Shelby. Shelby has its share of celebrities, including Don Gibson and Alicia Bridges yet Gaffney has much more. Yes Little Caesars you have a Hollywood connection.

Placed an order and due to a delivery i had to make, called the store and spoke to the manager. Ask her to hold the order for a couple hours till we got back. The manager me they would hold the order till we got back. Go to blacksburg do the delivery and come back, was told that we would have to pay for the order again, cause they threw it away and refunded the money back and we'd get it in 2 to 3 business days in the rudest way possible. So obviously the manager is a liar. The employees are rude, and need to be fired. The manager needs to be fired and put on no rehire. I will never, ever, get food here again. Its bad when u order dinner for ur family go to get it and its gone plus i cant get the money today to get food. This is the worst run, and worst service ive ever had at a restaurant ever. This place deserves no stars.

Drive thru was open so I ordered my pizza..I was given a number and told to pull back around when it flashed in about 15 minutes.. Needless to say I waited 25 minutes and drove back around to see what the hold up was only to be told that my order was just put in the oven and I should have called my order in so I wouldn't have to wait😑. The guy that handed me my pizza was rude and upset because the car in front of me had the same issue and they had exchanged words. Do better sir!
