Taco Bell

One of my favorite restaurants. But this one is really bad pour service slow 7 out of the last 10 times visiting my order was made wrong. I guess you would ask why go so often if its so bad. Well the only other in this area is 16 miles away give or take a mile or 2. For some reason in stead of being open late this taco bell seems to close at 8pm. I do not recommend it to anyone. I actually believe it to be so bad that it would be sanctioned for quality reasons alone much less the other infractions. By the corporate office of the company. Management and owner disqualifications are most likely to blame. Pour pour job guys.

It was awful. No lettuce or tomato. No mild sauce. We were not told in advance of these issues. Cashier accidentally rang up 22 tacos instead of 2. Manager, obviously annoyed, had to fix this one taco at a time instead of deleting the whole order and starting over. It took a long time to fix, but I got a free drink for my inconvenience

Love taco bell but this location is by the far worst one. went at 9:30 and asked for nacho fries and said they were not serving them right now (because it was close to time for them to close) so i left because that was the only reason i went. Then made it to the hokes bluff location with them having 15 minutes till close and they made me fresh nacho fries :) 0/10 recommend East gadsden Taco Bell. Lazy.

Very disrespectful employees. I work in food service and I know times are tough but it’s no reason to be hateful. However if you guys are now closing at 8 your hours online should reflect that as well as your signage. I pulled up at 9:15 and the lights were still on, a woman had a headset on, and 5-6 employees were just standing in a circle talking. I pull up to the window to see if you guys were still open and I was met with a lady screaming at me and people giving me dirty looks. I had no clue y’all were closed I was just asking. Lot of people just standing around for y’all to be closed over an hour ago. Do better

The usual good Taco Bell that I love, this location has been recently remodeled, but dang, was it just me today or has corporate cut back on the ingredients portions.?.!. The contents were darn near paper-thin to non existent...😕 The heft of the Cheesy Gordita Crunch is the way I remember the regular taco...

So it’s 2 steak chalupas sUpremes, NO TOMATOES, NO LETTUCE, EXTRA SOUR CREAM, EXTRA CHEESE got extra lettuce and do you see the cheese!???? And that’s after i threw away some of the lettuce already!!! Paid for this but didn’t get it. Nasty looking people. And rude people. This Taco Bell has turned to Taco Hell and they are not doing it. OH AND I HAD TO GO IN AND GET MY CHICKEN BEFORE THEY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE IT TO ME. I THINK THEY ARE TRYING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF.

Very clean, friendly service.. the one thing I like is that even though they are operating as drive thru only they allowed me to come in and place an order because I'm a truck driver unlike a number of places I've been to.. usually I have to walk up to the window to order food which is very uncomfortable being that it's winter time and not to mention It looks funny to the customers in line in front of me to have me standing behind their vehicle waiting to order.. overall, they have my vote for one of the best fast food restaurants I've stopped at in a while.....
