Subway

This Subway location is very clean and always has very friendly customer service. I usually order ahead on my app and my order will be waiting on me when I get there. The vegetables are fresh and everything looks great. Today I got a new power bowl and it will be my new go to. Delicious and tons of food.

The Subway in Southside is a great shop. Always clean. The staff is usually nice an attentive. I get the BMT and it is always consistently good. Prices are the same as other local Subways. The tea is iffy, check it before you buy. Overall, go there if you like subway, you won’t be disappointed. 6/15/19 Saturday afternoon one person working. Don’t have 30 minutes to kill waiting for food. Left without ordering. 3/7/21 ordered with the mobile app. Could not use gift card and PROMO on the same order.

Until tonight, I've had nothing but great service. I go in there tonight and one of the workers is complaining, very loudly, about how busy it has been and her back and feet hurt. This was said with many people in there waiting to order. One of the girls put cold chicken on one of my sandwiches w/o asking if I wanted the chicken warmed first. I kindly asked her to just warm the meat and I could tell it made her mad. She quickly removed the chicken from the bread, put it back in the little paper bowl and warmed it then slung a bottle onto the counter very loudly. If she had asked before about warming the chicken, this could have been prevented. And her attitude was very poor from the get go. I understand people have bad days but letting it show in front of your customers makes the establishment look bad.
