Normally, we love Bojangles, we don't have any locations where we live so anytime we are passing one we eat there, but this location got my wife's order wrong(she made her chicken sandwich a club and it had no bacon) also her bun was hard as a brick. Not sure if they were training some people or what, like I said we almost always have a good experience.

Very good food and good service, staff is polite the restrooms are clean and the dining area is also clean. The food prices are also great, overall I'd say this place is a great alternative to KFC if you're looking for great fried chicken but don't want to pour out your wallet.
I highly recommend this restaurant if you are staying at the hotel next to it.

Came at 8:00pm on a Thursday and sat at the drive through for a good 5-10 minutes, no answer. Then we drove by the window to see if anyone was in there and they were just standing around talking. Wonderful service guys.

I have never had Bojangles before and tell on my way to Oklahoma so of course it was so darn good I had to go back on my way back to Florida they should open one up in the Florida so I can either all the time love love love their food

They don't know how to get an order correct...looked at my order..wrong 3 times in drive thru 20 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken. Manager offers no apology..I asked for a refund..she could care less. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Avoid this place. The male bathroom sink is broken! No male employee hands are clean if the push sink is broken. They have to walk in the food prep area with dirty bathroom hands to wash up. Nasty!!

This Bojangles is never open when they are supposed to be. They even have a new sign saying they close at 8:00 and they were closed at 6:00. If you go through the drive thru sometimes they will tell you they are closed and give some excuse. It's like this multiple times.
