Sunrise Restaurant

We were out on a Sunday drive and decided to try someplace new and saw quite a few cars here and thought we would give it a try and all four of us were very glad we did. 3 of us ordered the fried chicken and one ordered spaghetti. All of it was good served hot and fresh, although some of the smaller pieces of chicken were a little dry but the taste was very good. The service was outstanding. Everyone was very efficient and friendly. All while we were there they were continuing to clean. Most of the people working there were wearing masks per covid precautions correctly however there was one who was making salad dressing and filling soups and such who's mask was down too far to be helpful. The meals all came with soup or salad in which we all ordered the chicken and rice soup which was very good. The chicken meals came with a potato and mixed vegetables and the spaghetti meal came with garlic toast and all meals came with dessert. The meals were all plentiful and tasty. As I mentioned they really went above and beyond cleaning which we appreciated especially since we are in the middle of a pandemic. I will say the floor on the way to the restrooms and inside of them were very slick so I would be careful on them. The parking was very convenient and plentiful.

Hands Down I'm Highly Recommend This Place I thought the restaurant in Clinton had a good Omelet but this Restaurant has a Western Omelet that is Really Good & they Cook 6 slices of Bacon for 1 order so we order 2 orders & we ended up w/12 strips of Bacon I was in Heaven !!! :) & they were just Crisp Enough that the Bacon Melts in ur Mouth !!! :) The Coffee is Good & We Love it here !!! :) 2xs in a 2 week. Next Time I'll Take A Picture of How Awesome The Food Is !!! :)

The food Is delicious, I cant say I've ever had an unsatisfying meal from Sunrise. The staff have ALWAYS been pleasant and attentive no matter the time of day. No sooner have I finished my meal or emptied my glass and someone is there to remove the dish or refill. Always a 5 star service from this Diner.
