I keep wanting to go else were from my PAST EXPERIENCES but I have to inform all this Wendy's has made a complete turn around with polite employees, great management staff, fast and efficient service as well as FRESH and Great food!

It was after 9pm when we stopped there. We were informed that due to the time food was being cooked as ordered, so there would be about a 12-minute wait. We ordered. Instead, it took about 10 minutes, it was brought to my car window and was very hot and everything was fresh! Thank you Wendy's! It was a great supper at the end of a very long day! 😁❤️

Very loud group of employees behind the counter. At one point customers thought there was going to be a fight!

Ordered small frostie. Thin as soup and not very satisfying. Had to wait way too long in middle of afternoon for drive thru to take my order. Worst Wendy's in my area. Not very courteous. No thank you from anyone. Not even a grunt.

Went to Wendy's Aug 24 at 8:58pm. I pull up to the drive thru. Menu is lit up. I wait and nobody comes on the mic to take my order. After 8 minutes I pull around to the window to see a woman and a toddler near the window I tap on the glass and they ignore me and walk away. I pull up until I can see another person and they ignore me too.
Sign on the window clearly says they close at 10:00. I get wanting to close early. But treating a customer who chooses to to spend their money at your store this way doesn't sound like good for business.

Went twice while visiting home. Was in line for twenty five minutes the first time. Second time they told me the couldn’t take order because the had a big order to fill. No one was there. Lobby closed due to Covid. When Mr. Smith owned it was good. Not sure how they are still open.
