Fulton Diner

My sister, brother-in-law, nephew, and I decided to dine-in Friday evening before we worked our second job together. The service was acceptable, and the atmosphere was decent. My biggest critique would be that it felt imposing to squeeze through the occupied tables in order to be seated at the booth. The food was good, and the waitress's knowledge of the menu was very good. When the table ordered water(everyone) the waitress brought out an additional corked liter water jug of fresh, cold water which I feel is a classy and convenient touch. It definitely feels more like having dinner at a nice families' home than eating at a restaurant in many ways. Parking can be a little crammed, and interior space, the same, so my only recommendation would be to get more space, but not to relocate because the location itself is great. I don't know if it's possible to extend the parking lot, but if it is possible, it would help a great deal. Overall, it's a great place for a sit down meal, and I will go back. In order to earn my coveted five star rating, a place has to be exceptional, not just good. However, it is indeed good.

What a gem! I was going to say hidden gem but judging by the crowd, the locals know a good thing. First-timers were seated and served pretty quickly judging by how busy it was. The sweet and sour cabbage soup was very tasty and served at just the right temperature. Don't judge it until you've tried it! Gyro sandwich and open faced turkey really hit the spot. Great mashed potatoes and gravy, a huge menu full of delectable choices, and a very pleasant server makes a return trip to Fulton a must!

Sundays are crazy busy, I guess. Had to wait about 15 minutes after we sat down before anyone came to serve us, but I'd had the fried chicken before and it was sooooo worth the wait. Everyone I know who has eaten here has been very happy with the food. Pies are great! Just your typical American small town diner with good food and hometown service. Seriously - have the fried chicken.
