Jalisco’s To Go is a hidden gem in Texas. When Hurricane Harvey destroyed their restaurant, they quickly pivoted to a food truck concept for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant is back in business, but the to go food truck is still running strong.
It’s only 7 hours from DFW, but more than worth the drive. If you’re in Rockport and looking for breakfast to go for an early morning fishing trip or just to take home and enjoy with family, be sure to give them a try. Their food is great and the staff is hardworking and kind, which makes them the type of small business you want to patron!
Our family likes to grab breakfast tacos when we come Rockport to vacation. Our favorites are: Bean, Egg and Cheese, Potato, Bacon and Egg, and Sausage, Egg and Cheese. Be sure to get some red sauce. It’s homemade and part of what makes them so delicious.

They are the best! Tacos are always fat and filled with yummy food. They already know the salsa my husband loves using I’m his tacos so they know which one to put in our bag when we pick up, and the best part is when we order pancakes I get the cutest faces on the pancakes! They are always happy to see us! We love going there for our breakfast!

Decided to try this place for breakfast after reading so many rave reviews! We tried a little bit of everything, and are all happy with out food! The green sauce is amazing, the chilaquiles are delicious and the burritos are huge! 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the area!
