Now that’s Italian! This is Court St Brooklyn. You will have the best meal you’ve ever had before. Their menu is perfectly sized not one thing on it i wouldn’t order. Its close eating so be prepared to hop in or out of a conversation with others. They have a very cool Secluded back yard court area for more eating room when its nice out. The cocktail menu perfectly pairs with some of their dishes. If i could leave more stars i would.

When we lived in the city, this was our absolute FAVORITE restaurant. After moving up to the Hudson Valley, we decided to have a date day to spend in this area of Brooklyn and made reservations at Frankie's. SO happy to report that Frankie's hasn't changed, and in a very good way. It's still just as wonderful as we remember. The food is astonishingly good as always, and the ambience is just perfect!

Sat outside in early March - heat lamps work wonders! We were particularly impressed with the pistachio cake and sweet potato gnocchi (not pictured; devoured instantly). The spiked hot chocolate was amazing too!

What a charming and surprisingly large restaurant and space! The charcuterie was a good portion and also variety, the veggies could have been a bit more firm and less soggy (but bound to happen when preparing for large quantities) but easily made up with the flavor. The meatballs are certainly the pièce de résistance. They were a beautiful blend of meats, perfectly cooked nuts and and spices. Not sure if people come here due to the video by Alex French guy cooking but i did and found it to be just as great. Will return to try the rest of the menu. P.S. they carry a full bar of libations and we're even able to make my favorite drink - The Last Word .. tasty tasty tasty!

Cavatelli with sage is made with just the right amount of richness. I'm not the biggest beets fan, but I liked the flavor of the beets and avocado dish. It could have used a bit more avocado but it's still tasty.

Extremely kind staff, very tasty Italian clasics, and cute backyard for dining during an early weekend dinner time. The classics were better than expected, and portions are moderate, the only gripe is the single bathroom is unisex. Definitely a nicer date spot, or special occassion outing spot for small groups.

I’ve been to Frankie’s a handful of times, and it’s always very consistent. The food is on the expensive side, but it’s solid (stick to the pastas & if a waiter recommends a special, go for it). The drinks are good— I generally favor the Lambrusco, but their martini with a dollop of olive oil is dangerously smooth and tasty. The waitstaff can be hit or miss— some of the employees are super friendly and helpful, others are much more aloof. Overall, Frankie’s is a good Italian spot on Court street

When we were in NYC this past weekend we gave Frankie’s 457 a try. Our reservation got mixed up through no fault of their own, but they pleasantly accommodated three of us anyway. We were seated in the far back garden which was a quiet and pleasant atmosphere which we thoroughly enjoyed. I felt the menu was somewhat limited and the chicken parmigiana was good, not great. I also think the waiter was a little indifferent as he forgot my drink and had to be reminded. Located in a nice neighborhood with a lot of other shops and was good for walking around.
