I love the food and service, and my mom loves the new chicken tenders she says there so good!
I came here to eat and I have to say Natalie made the whole experience very pleasant. I had a small concern and she addressed the concern promptly and with professionalism rarely seen in fast food. If this is any indication of her usual performance she surely deserves a raise

This Pollo Loco 😜 in Fullerton always has great chicken 🐔🍗. I've been to several and their chicken 🐓 is hard and dry.

I always consider El Pollo Loco a tasty, healthy, quick restaurant to get Mexican food. I like the restaurant in Fullerton on Euclid the best, though. The food is always consistently great, and the associates working there are always so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable of the food. I believe the reason is because general manager Natalie Ocampo sets her standards so high. The food is cooked perfectly every time, and she insists on this. Even when it's super busy, they'll get you in and out in a matter of minutes. And the dining room is always so clean. I highly recommend this restaurant, plus this restaurant accepts EBT. 5 stars all the way.
first time at el pollo loco, prices were reasonable, the food came out pretty quickly, got a grande avocado chicken bowl, and I enjoyed it overall :)

I got the super stuffed wrap with shredded beef and avocado (no onions). It was juicy and delicious. Probably not great for eating in a car cause the juice spills out but definitely so good. A nice change from all the hamburgers I've eaten for lunch.
Great customer service and the food was great. They make the orders when you order and don't have food sitting around premade. The orders are completed quickly and even with a busy customer rush, there is not a long wait time for food. This location has the horchata machine for beverage option. The restaurant is usually clean and The staff members are friendly about getting extra salsas, condiments, utensils, napkins, etc. if you ask someone for something. I really liked the combo specials for $5 because they include a drink and those are a great option for a meal without having to spend a lot of money.
