I came here to eat and I have to say Natalie made the whole experience very pleasant. I had a small concern and she addressed the concern promptly and with professionalism rarely seen in fast food. If this is any indication of her usual performance she surely deserves a raise

This Pollo Loco 😜 in Fullerton always has great chicken 🐔🍗. I've been to several and their chicken 🐓 is hard and dry.

I got the super stuffed wrap with shredded beef and avocado (no onions). It was juicy and delicious. Probably not great for eating in a car cause the juice spills out but definitely so good. A nice change from all the hamburgers I've eaten for lunch.

The new grillers burritos are pretty good,simple ingredients meat cheese onion and cilantro that's it. The chicken seemed to be the better of the two I got in the combo.

I like El Pollo Loco! They always have quick service. I always get the chicken family meal and it's always cooked just right. The prices are also very reasonable, which is a bonus. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quick, tasty chicken meal.
