Had to get a couple things sorted out to make the order right on this occasion, no worries, we got there.

Ordered two regular burgers, plain, only meat at the drive up for my dogs. I received one correct and one was a bun with everything and NO meat! Go figure, why the hell would they give me a burger without meat?!

You know what you're getting. Always consistent. Warm fries? I'm used to it. Employees are happy. Burgers have always tasted the same. Doeable.

I hate posting bad reviews, but this almost left me in tears last night. The staff was super rude and didn't acknowledge my presence, then they finally took my order after 15 minutes, and while I was waiting for my food they were litterally making fun of me loudly, so I could clearly hear them. Will not ever be going there again!

Very poor services waiting 20-30 mins for dine in orders. Manager on duty was rude to customers throwing sauces at cuatomers as well as the crew tossing the food on customers tables half the food missing. Doesnt call out orders when ready. Very poor

We were first in line at drive thru but 2 other cars in the other lane were waited on first. Screwed our order up and when my husband went in to get the rest of it, they tried to tell him he didn't order what was missing. It comes with the meal deals we ordered.

Just ordered quarter pounder deluxe NO cheese but it has 2 slices of cheese and so much mayo it is dripping down the side. So disappointed that in their rush to serve fast they can’t get orders correct.

Refused to serve us during operational hours. Said they close in 10 minutes, then came back 3 minutes later and said they turned off the grill and couldn’t serve us anything from the grill. If I could give zero stars, I would.
