7-eleven

I shop at this location quite often and I am always greeted with a smile and positive energy from the people running the location. Anila is always super welcoming; early in the mornings this type of energy really sets your day off on the right foot. The gentleman that works with her often is always super happy and makes it a point to spread that throughout and shares his positive and happy energy with anyone in the store or parking lot. The store is always clean and organized making it an enjoyable shopping experience. Thank you!

I was immediately greeted by the warm and welcoming Janika at 7 eleven on Preston. I asked if she could make a pepperoni pizza for me at this time. It was near midnight. Without a doubt she was on it, washed her hands, threw gloves on and we even conversed a bit. She also informed me that two pizzas is cheaper than one so "Let's get excited!"

Listen, my expectations for 7/11 are pretty low, but when I walk into this 7/11 in the midst of a pandemic, and the cashier, and three customer in there are not wearing masks, you some how manage to fall below my expectations. This place should honestly be shut down for not following the mandates on masks, and social distancing, this place is a Covid outbreak waiting to happen.

All 3 of the cashiers I see there have no sense of urgency. One speed and its extra slow. Even when they have 2 lines of people ready to check out... I've been there about 4 times over the last 2 to 3 weeks and every visit, they have been out of the double gulp straws. Makes it difficult while driving. Today at 2pm, they were out of hot dogs.. So much for being a convince store.

Hi, I just wanted to let management know that you should tell every single one of your employees that 18 year olds born before September 1st, 2001 and military personnel are exempt from the new law for the age of tobacco. Managers seem to know this but I have encountered many employees that still won't let me buy it because the register won't scan my card.
