I have never left a review for a gas station ever and still can’t quite believe how much a gentleman from the store helped me during an emergency last week and was so kind. I went back today because it has really stuck with me and wanted to say how much I appreciated his help. Kaleab runs this store with pride and treats customers like family. This will absolutely be my new fill up spot and I think when I had to pull over last week it was my first time there. Thank you so much for being such a solid base for our community.

Horrible man. My 77 year old mother purchased a car wash and drove in. She made a mistake and had her tire on the wrong side of the divider. I tried to ask for help for her and the worker there proceeded to yell at me that it wasn’t his fault and we weren’t getting a free car wash. He told us too bad, he wasn’t helping my mother. Terrible customer service. We will never purchase another thing from this location again. I’m embarrassed for him that he couldn’t have a smidge of kindness and compassion for a little old lady.

This place charged me tax for my redeemed points used for a slice of pizza. The pizza was so old, at least 5 hours... And then when I asked about it the dude had an attitude. It just sucks that 711 are all so different as far as customer service and the way they keep the store. Some are really good and some are worse than bad, this place is worse than bad.

If you want to be accused of being a thief, go to this 7 Eleven this man is paranoid he thinks that everyone is stealing from him. He has a mental problem and a bad attitude he verbally assaults people I grabbed a ketchup because my friend had bought 7 pieces of chicken and he started insulting us saying that we were stealing from him, I paid for the ketchup and he still continued insulting the three of us, you just lost three clients.

On 12/27 I purchased a can of what I thought was Copenhagen POUCHES. As I was driving home, I opened the can and discovered it was not the pouches I requested. I returned the next day and the same person working the store told me he was not going to fix his error because it is against the law to return open tobacco. He said I should have checked that it was accurate prior to opening even though 99% of the time when I purchase this, it’s done correctly. Make sure when you go here you double check everything you ask for because it’s your fault if they don’t give you what you’ve asked and paid for.

Tried to redeem my 4 paid car wash receipts for a free wash. Owner refused to give me one stating one of the receipts was not mine. Made me read my credit card number to him to verify that they were all mine. He still said one receipt was not mine and that number I read was not on it. Refused to give me that receipt back so I can see the number so I can get that card from my wallet as proof. After arguing and him basically calling me a liar to scam him for a cheap car wash, I had him look carefully at the number again. He then realized I was right and it was my receipt. Refused to apoligize for being wrong and walked away from me. I left the free car wash receipt as I no longer wanted it after this mess. After reading all the negative reviews, I can see the owner needs more customer service training. All I wanted was an apology but he refused to give me one. Since I know the owner reads these reviews here is some advice for you: Treat your customers better, not everyone is trying to steal or scam you. People have multiple cars, they might get gas within days of each other or same day so stop investigating receipts as this is not the first time you’ve questioned my receipts for a car wash. Maybe you are a really nice guy outside of working as the owner of this location but when you run a business, especially the owner of one, your attitude and lack of trust of patrons is disheartening.

Saturday at 9:00 pm Aug 13th, the cashier who attended my transaction was so unprofessional that I have not seen or witnessed this low level of customer service any where and at any retail outlet, I simply requested the plastic bag for my items and the cashier literally start yelling at me. I know how to reply back but I pretty much refrained myself doing so because I did not wanted to go down at this cashier's mind level, TOO BAD but I will take at least take 50 customers with me and will never return although I live down the street from this location.
