I have been going to this store for a year since I moved here but they have recently hired new employees which definitely need more training. I was denied buying anything requiring my ID because even though I presented it the 2 guys working the 2-10 shift said even though it scanned and it said driver license that it seemed sketchy because on the corner it says not for real ID purposes. Real ID is a different kind of ID you can obtain from some states and Oklahoma where my ID is from is one of those states. These employees need training on the different state drivers license. It was an inconvenience since I had to go elsewhere and was humiliating that other customers heard when these employees acted like I had a fake ID

There is no sign stating that a “mask is required.” There was no one else inside the gas station at the time I went inside, and the manager asked me to leave, and I said well is there anyway I could buy a mask? He pointed to a wall of masks that were $11.99 The reason I went into the store is because I only had a $5 bill to get a slice of pizza and a drink. I didn’t have the money to buy a mask and get food. I told the cashier this and he once again told me to get out! I asked him if I could pull my shirt over my face and maintain a good social distance and he said no, another employee got in my face and tried to escort me out the door. So to get this straight, you’re forcing customers to wear a mask, even though the door does not state it’s mandatory. And instead of social distancing, or serving a customer who WORKS FOR YOUR CITY. You would rather get closer than 6 ft. And place your hands on that person and push them out the door. If I had had the money to buy the mask I would’ve. But I only had enough money for food. If your cashier is wearing a mask and gloves, doesn’t that mean they should be safe to interact with someone???? Their behavior was unprofessional. The City health and resources has been notified.

This 7-Eleven was so nice and clean and the young lady that was working earlier today was great. She acknowledged us and spoke to us even before we checked out. And after we checked out, she was really sweet about my daughter straightening all of the little bottles of sanitizer. I will drive out of my way to get gas there from now on!
