Food was hot and fresh! Service was superb by the gentleman working the window today around 5! Very polite and really changed my impression of Wendy’s. Will definitely come back!

So this location is drive-through only. No curbside pick up. No inside dining. So when you order on the app to save time it’s actually worthless because then you have to sit behind 200 cars in the drive-through even though you ordered 15 minutes ago.
I miss fast food. Someone please bring it back
Update- It is right now 1:13 PM. My order was placed at 12:30. I still have not received my food and I am still waiting in the drive-through

Under-staffed, cars wrapped around the building, a calm, mature, adult takes our order, then our money, and hands us our bag, completely correct with yummy burgers, fries, and nuggets! It's tough in the fast food industry- but this man has got it going on. Sorry, don't know his name, but on this April (23) 2022 Saturday Night... "Wendy's Cooks" Five Star 🌟 You Da Man type Service!

Last night my family and I went through the window at Wendy's. We ordered and while we were waiting the lights went out. I did not realize that they had closed. The manager Carla took my order and I drove up to the window. I asked her if they had closed and she gave no response. I was waiting and I could hear the cooks complaining about having to cook my order. I apologized to the manager because I did not realize they were closing. If she would have told me that we would have went somewhere else. The staff were complaining so I told my husband we should go somewhere else because we had not ate all day and I didn't want bad food. Well we went ahead and stayed and got our food. It was cold. They did not cook the burgers. They were so cold we ended up just going home and eating ramen. I spent $35 there and it was cold. The fries were hot, but all the burgers were cold. The ripped a big patty in half and that is what the served for a double burger. We won't go back.

Drive thru is horribly s.l.ow. I've been in line for over 15 mins. Will not return to this location again. Beyond slow. Girl (Indian descent, long hair in ponytail) in drive thru today at 1:20 pm is rude and a snot. Management please do better. Managee on headset just as rude, asking me to wait longer even after waiting 4 mins after I pulled up to speaker.

Drove in to grab an order. The lady at the drive thru saw me and shook her head and ignored me and disappeared.hours are posted below this was 10am. Lost my business. Someone didn’t want to do their job.

Service was horrible, stood at the counter for 5 minutes as the workers stood around refilling the ice buckets. When they finally acknowledged us they acted like it was a big inconvenience on their part. Don't give these guys business, they don't deserve it.
