Decent food. Used to be better but our quesadillas weren't even cut. Our burritos had 0 to barely any queso in them compared to a different taco bell. Not impressed

Avoid the Taco Bell on Lebanon in Frisco at all cost. It is worth the extra two minutes driving to the next Taco Bell or fast food place. It says a lot about your employees How they act when they don’t think anyone is looking. To see the distain the employees have had someone who’s ordering and the jokes made in the kitchen as they’re pulling up to get their food disgusted me. I’m not sure what they did with that customers food but I wouldn’t want to eat it. I refuse to my food at that point. I wish I went out to one of those people who knows what the employees did to their order.

This location is very clean, and the employees are polite & friendly. My order was correct & hot. This is my favorite Taco Bell location.

I'm appalled at the level of customer service at this location. I cannot believe they are able to stay in business with this kind of service. Avoid this location if you can. While waiting for my food I witnessed the employees with open disdain towards someone ordering in the Drive-Thru line. Flipping double middle fingers at them and making a big joke as they pulled around to pick up their food from employees that think handling someone else's food is a joke. I was unable to warn these people not to eat their food and I'm disgusted with the thought of it.

Cashiers are courteous and take the time to ensure your order is accurate.
Food is made quickly and taste just amazing.
Place is really clean inside and the outside.
I took a star off because all my taco shells where crushed like some pressed their thumb into them.

I would like to say thank you to the guy in the drive through. I have had a horrible night and he was so super nice and gave me extra sauce and cinnamon crips to me. Thank you so much.

I go out of my way to go to this location. Customer service is top notch and the food is always fresh and delicious. Best quesadillas at this location and my order is always correct. Y’all are doing it right. Thank you!

It's a fldecent taco bell. Ot was pretty clean and stuff they definitely are understaffed but so are most places these days
