Ordered spicy chicken burger, but they didn’t provide that with lettuce and tomato. When contacted they apologized and offered to correct the order. Thanks to the team for customer service. The restaurant is clean, well maintained. Wendy’s food always fresh and hot.

Loved the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. Definitely a must have for those who love a sweet tinge to their burger. The patty itself was a bit dry but the bourbon sauce made up for that along with the Crispy rings. The only low point was the oil they use which seemed a bit old and gave me a bit of discomfort in the throat for sometime post the meal.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for about a month and a half! Travis is super welcoming, caring and professional. I wanted to try a tea that was discontinued and Travis recommended the mango tea. I agreed and when he gave it to me at the window, he told me to try it and see what I thought. It was delicious! Travis is a great face for Wendy’s!

Rating one star because 0 is not an option. I got home, 2.5 miles from this location, only to find that three items were missing. I drove back to this location to inform them of the missing items only to have the manager basically call me a liar and a theft, not in those words obviously but she said she packed the order herself and all items were included in the bad. She then proceeded to say it’s ok we will remake the items and asked me to pull to the front. After waiting 10 minutes, while she cleared the drive through line, she finally walked out with the order. This is the WORST service/customer service I have ever received. It is clear good staff is hard to find. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere. The Wendy’s on Preston and Stonebrook has way better service and their staff is competent.

Never been to this store the staff were friendly but their soda machine was limited on product, no Coke Sprit or Pepsi . The ice tea tasted like it was a few days old. The food portions were hot and tasty.

I have to say being an early morning worker, everytime I have gotten good service when I come through the drive thru. But today Lilia was amazing!!! And that’s hard in the morning lol. She greeted me with a smile, she asked me how my day was and her energy was an uplifting one. Much appreciated Lilia!!! Oh and my order was right and delicious lol
