Chili's

Today, my server, ISAIAH, brought our food out with another server, BAILEY. BAILEY literally had her thumb on my son's bread from the Cajun pasta and it fell on the table. She looked at it and didn't say a word. 🤔I guess customer service went out the window because she didn't say a word. I was expecting an apology and receiving another piece of bread for my son. Simple, right? Nope! Instead I had ask BAILEY for another piece of bread. Her response was unacceptable- "Why? Just because?" I giggled a little to refrain from putting her in her place and responded with "because the bread dropped on the table." She responds with "OK, it's free anyway" and walked off. 🤦🏿‍♀️ ISAIAH comes back to the table (to remind us he would bring us bread) and I ask him to please remove my food (not son's food)from the ticket and take it back. He responds with his manager has to speak with me. AMBER, the manager, comes up to me and I advised her of situation. She handled my concerning complaint very well and removed the meal, that I gave back. I recommend Chili's train BAILEY on basic customer service etiquette. A simple acknowledgement of her mistake and attempting to correct it would've made the experience pleasant. It baffles me that ISAIAH made several mistakes, forgot our drinks, plastic-ware, my son's sprite and order but handled each situation with such professional tactic. I know mistakes happen but it's all about the way you attempt to correct them. ISAIAH and AMBER thank you for being a great people! You represent Chili's well.

Service was fairly quick when I went, waiter wasn't pushy at all and didn't continuously bombard us with questions or suggestions. The atmosphere was relaxed and our waiter waiting till we actually had time to eat some of the meal before asking us if it tasted ok and if we needed anything else. Overall a good experience in my book

Ok, first let me say- I won't go in anywhere to eat if they're closing soon- I've worked in restaurants before and I remember the custimere who would came in 10 minutes before close and wanted to eat a big dinner 😑. We got to Chili's around 8:35 and thought since it was an hr and a half bf they closed it would be fine. We were sat at the smallest table- and it was my husband, my daughter and our two son's. We ordered and they were out of two of the items we ordered which isn't a big deal, we just had to wait a little bit longer but the kids got their food quickly while we waited so that was good. The food was absolutely great! My oldest son always wants steak- and I took a bite of his and was really impressed with the steak he got here. My three stars have more to do with the atmosphere and environment- we were so crowded our plates hung off the table and made dinner really awkward but we all liked the food. So my recommendation is to go earlier than we did 🙂

I ordered my food for pickup extra pickles and ranch! That's all I got.No fries no texas toast. I called them and they apologized but I have to drive back to pick it up. Other time my stack order comes with out mashed potato and manager just said sorry he even didn't offer me to come back and pick u my side order.
