As always this location is fantastic and our server was great, friendly, and helpful. The food is always great and this was my first time having their brunch. The Rockfish Special for brunch is such a tasty treat for your mouth. Don’t ever take this off the menu. I’d also be ok if it was served all day everyday.
I can sum up this review in one word--"Bret." That's the name printed on my receipt. (He may spell it will two t's.)
For those of you who know Bret or Brett, we're done. For those of you who don't know him, let me tell you a story. It is the story of my very first impression....
Bret was already pouring their wine. Bret welcomed his regulars who proceeded to feign embarrassment for him having known their order upon first glance even before they opened the door. I observed them treasure the moment. It was epic.
(Yes. He's *that good.)
I sit down.
I order.
We talk.
We connect, Bret and I, and I appreciate that because he has been intentional about creating that experience for me.
Bret then proceedes to anticipate my every need and then systematically exceeds my every expectation throughout my meal in a manner that immediately, and somewhat audaciously, confirms his consummate professionalism. (His professionalism being something he immediately shrugs off and half-heartedly dismisses if mentioned.
Because that's just Bret.
That's simply what happens with this guy in this place.
The food? Oh. Forgive me; I almost forgot. That's great too. I personally enjoy the Red Beans and Rice, but I can get really good food at an abundance of restaurants in that immediate vicinity. I come back because of the exceptional service Bret provides.
Merry Christmas!

Met a few people for lunch and I really enjoyed the food here. It was not busy at all, so that was a plus NO WAITING! Haven’t had hush puppies in a long time and these were not bad. The seafood was good and there was a plenty on every plate. I really can’t say anything bad about the experience so that is why I gave it 5 stars. If everything went great and no complaints well…. Job well done!
Good options on the menu and a few for non-seafood eaters as well. Worth a try!
First time in and it was really nice. the food was good and the location was great and the prices are economical. our server was great and I highly recommend it. -1 for the breading on the fish and the jalapeño hushpuppies. everybody doesn't like spicy.
1st time at this location. We have been to other ones in Dallas/Collin county over the years. Excellent service. We enjoyed the specials offered (see photo) and they made for leftovers so good price for the meal.
This was our first time at Frisco location & we had an amazing Sunday lunch. Everything was so delicious - cocktails, food, dessert... You name it. The service was very friendly. Jack & Grace did a great job of taking care of us. Definitely a favorite place to return.
Let's start by saying this location seems WOEFULLY understaffed. So maybe that was the issue.
We waited around 5 minutes with no one talking to us at the front door (we were the only ones waiting and there were so many empty tables). When we decided to leave and walked out, the bartender rushed out and told us they could seat us now. There was no host in sight and maybe 2 waiters.
The food was amazing. It came out in okay time.
The bartender seemed to be doing lots of jobs by himself so kudos to him for keeping things going.
We ordered a lot of food… the quantity is good
Love the food
For any seafood lover this place is ❤️
Calamari , soup, oakra fries, spinach dip, shrimp and the desserts
Mainly the salmon n rice is so good😋
* make sure to tell ur server to get the dessert in the last- the ice cream was melted by the time I finish my food
Great food and service! Tried the snow crab, shrimp boil, parmesan crusted chicken, fried fish and shrimp, and kid's pasta. Everything exceeded our expectations!
