Mcdonald's

This McDonald’s at 5555 FM423 in Frisco is truly mediocre. We used drive thru today, 6FEB22 at 12:37pm, and they got the order completely wrong—two Big Macs with cheese instead of what we actually ordered. (I’m allergic to cheese!). To add insult to injury as they say, after calling the store and requesting a refund, we were told we needed to return to the store WITH the food and receipt to get a refund. I understand that people are dishonest, but seriously! This store has an inordinate number of reviews for poor order fulfillment. We’ve had this happened before and have tried to give them a chance. The management of this store needs to do something about this. We’re never returning to this McDonald’s, and we live 5 minutes away….

I love this location! The fries and food are always hot and the customer service is great. Typically it isn't too busy, unless ita lunch time. I go put of my way to order here when I'm on 423. I don't know much about the atmosphere inside because I go through the drive-thru or curbside. I imagine it's probably nice and clean.

This is the McDonald that's located just North of the colony Texas heading towards Frisco on Main Street. They messed up the order by not including an Orange juice that I had ordered. The fact that they did not charge me I had no problem with. So I decided to just OK just give me water instead. And they were making me pull over to the waiting area just to get me a glass of water. That just makes no sense. And the manager was arguing with me about it. After about 2 minutes they finally gave me the water. Which took less than 10 seconds to make. Big appointments.

DON’T ORDER THEM THROUGH UBER EATS!!!!! They sent me a cold sandwich, and no fries you’re better off going up there yourself so they can be checked for messing up your order. They’re careless when it comes to using services because obviously there isn’t much you can do but complain to whomever delivered, which want their Fault
