I really enjoyed Jake's...this place has a pretty chill vibe. Mitchell, our server, was totally adorable & was on top of things! I got the Philly Cheese Burger & it was delicious...juicy...mos def needed napkins, hahaha. Jake fries are a must! The fried pickles did not disappoint either. I will mos def be back!

If you've ever been to Keller's hamburgers, this is the big brother restaurant. Owned by the same guy, Jake's is the same style, poppyseed bun burger place with a little more sit down and relax.
The burgers are bigger, and if you allow me to compare to another restaurant, it is everything Snuffer's wants to be. Jake's even has better cheese fries too. I grabbed their special burger and it was everything I needed to hit the spot. I got the fried green tomatoes too and they were delicious!

Great place for burgers 🍔 and happy hour! Great area in Frisco Square to check out the small businesses plus library near! This day was hh and lights but been going for years and never disappointed

Back to back salad failures on to go orders! We live locally and usually get salads to go which are sometimes hit or miss because we often get brown lettuce or missing dressings that they have charged us for. We ordered a Cobb salad three days ago which was missing the bacon. They did say they would credit me back which is still pending. Went to try again today no bacon again, brown lettuce and FROZEN eggs!!! Literally like ice! When I called back they said since I paid cash they would credit me a future salad but since I couldn't eat the salad due to the now unthawing frozen eggs! I took it back which now they went to replace but I guess since I asked for my money upfront that was all I received. I would like to think if I was sitting in the restaurant this would not have happened so are you all doing this for to go orders only thinking oh we have to deal with it? I usually don't leave reviews like this but this was really ridiculous!

Great burgers! The Jake's Special was tasty for a good value. Will be trying the chocolate shake next time. Fries were fresh cut so a great plus. Glad we found this place. Good service as well.

Because our orders have been wrong the last 2 weeks we were told to never order from your restaurant again by Tanya and Jack. This is extremely disappointing considering we have been servicing your restaurant for a year now without issue. Jack asked me if we were not happy with food why do we continue to order. As I have expressed it is understandable things happen, so of course since we are local and management keeps changing, we hope things would get back on track. Jack stated we always ask for refunds which is untrue. Tanya offered a credit to my card the 1st time which I never received. I told her at that time I was just informing her for future reference. The second time when I had the frozen eggs I paid in cash. I returned the salad for a fresh one which 30 minutes later was still not ready so yes I said to not worry about it and to just refund my cash since I never received the credit back to my card the 1st time. Jack insinuated (which he said came from Tanya) we always ask for refunds which is not true! Being offered a refund for uneaten food is not the same. Now today when we they forgot the dressings again and when asked why chicken was ice cold Jack stated we were trying to recreate their salad which again is not true because previously all of the salads we received the chicken was indeed hot so much it melts the cheese. Now if you have changed the recipe to place cold chicken on salad that is definitely understandable. My husband only asked for his money back while returning the salads because you told him to NEVER ORDER from you all again and that corporate would credit him back, but how is this done when he paid cash? What do we have to gain with no food and now having to find something else to eat? This is really sad in how you all handled this especially after we supporting your business even through all of the managerial changes and we have never had issues before.

The burger was severely underwhelming. I got the Jake and it just wasn’t that great. Granted it’s a single patty, but it should still be good! I just think it was drowned out by the huge bun. Maybe consider a smaller bun for your smaller burger? It was a bit overwhelming.
The sweet potato fries with the marshmallow dip were really good!
Our service was great as well.
