They have certain things are advertised in their store and they do not honour it. They had Jones Soda buy one get one free I argue with the guy for 1 min told him it's on the rack and tell him to come look he wouldn't so I took a picture and showed it to him still in believe me called me a liar. I told him you know what it's fine I'll go to different 7-Eleven he went and checked and said okay then he trying to charge me $3 for a soda that is 1.79

A girl that works their Mercedes treated us really bad with customer service and she also stole from her own work place and gives out stuff to get friends when no one is around. Told us herself. The owner of that place needs to really check there workers!

Those who are true lottery players. Do not go there for your winning. The first time it happened to me I was unsure. But today I was definitely sure. They do not give you all your winnings. Meaning they don't give you what the ticket says. They give you what the machine says. I have never been to a 711 that done that before but them. So if you want your all your money don't go to them

When I swing by in the morning before work the staff is often working on stocking and will completely ignore customers. I have had to leave my items at the register and walk out on several occasions, they don't even say anything as they watch me leave. This is only two individuals and only between about 5:00-6:30am. The rest of the staff members are attentive and friendly.

After having visited Arizona, I guess it's hard to go to convenience stores like 7-11 because they're so freaking crappy compared to quick trip gas stations! Please clean your floors, hire better people who come running like the employees at QT
