Obviously the ladies here are blind. My receipt show 3 charges for chicken buffalo rolls. They were discussing it over stating there was only one charged. Ridiculous. I care because I paid, I don’t care for the food but, if I pay for something then give me what I paid for. Simple as that. Still my son only got 2. I never come here and this gives me more of a reason not to. The older woman was unprofessional and rude. The other woman however was trying to help and kind. Small issue could have been resolved quickly.

ZERO STARS. Place is NOT clean. There was grimy dirt in the candy shelves by the register that obviously had been there for a very long time as it had been also collecting dust, lint, and hair for a while. YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT CRIMINALS. I understand there is a shoplifting factor in retail. But you can't continue to treat every customer like they're trying to steal something from you. I'll skip this 7-11 from now on and give my money to someone else. Bullard and Fresno and Bullard and Palm as well since I'm pretty sure it's the same owner.

The old man that works here is unnecessarily rude and lacks customer service skills... doesn't apologize for the long wait times or say "itll just be a min" just ignores you. doesn't remember his regular customers. seems like they need some fresh meat with more motivation

My sister went to purchase some items with a gift card and the cashier swiped it and said it had zero balance. It had zero balance because he swiped it and took the remaining balance. What a moran. Then he had the nerve to argue and tell her she was wrong. We pulled up the purchase history which showed she payed 711 and instead of putting it towards her purchase he reversed the sale and said you'll have it back in 2-3 business days. Not even an apology. SERIOUSLY WOW!

I purchased a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and when I got home I noticed it had been melted then refrozen and was covered in freezer burn I asked for a refund but the manager of the store refused and let me exchange for another one. The second one was even worse than the first it was yellow with freezer burn and all of the toppings had sunk into the bottom which clearly shows the ice cream had been melted and who knows for how long before they decided to refreeze it. I called the store back because I wanted to let them know that there was a health concern and did not demand a refund but simply that they evaluate their ice cream situation and check the temperatures of the freezer. I could hear the manager in the background say “no I will not refund her“ (even though I wasn’t asking for one) then resumed to say that he did not want to speak to me when the worker Was trying to relay the message to him. I heard her say check the ice cream’s again as if this had already happened. Then I was hung up on. I feel they know the ice cream is bad and still are trying to pass it off anyways. I feel I should mention that before coming to the 7-Eleven I went to another 7-Eleven on Tulare Street to originally purchased this ice cream but their freezer was empty and the store employee told me that the freezer had went out and everything melted so they had to get rid of everything. That’s how I ended up at this 7-Eleven where coincidently everything had been refrozen. This may or may not be related but definitely cause for concern.

ATM was not working and i had to call the bank to tell them i didn't get the cash i tried to withdraw. I told the manager about it but he didn't care about it and let other people use it and go through the same problem i had. Other than that. It cool to shop here

I Adore the little lady that does the coffee in the morning. I come in here on my way to school just to see her. She is so sweet and friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure the store and the coffee area are clean and well stocked and everyone has what they need. She makes my day.
