This location delivers consistent quality and great service. My food was freshly prepared exactly how I ordered it and I didn't have to wait long. I placed my order to go. My bag contained everything I needed.

Shame on you guys for trying to take that young boys experience of graduating away and telling him if he doesn’t find coverage he can’t be excused to attend his graduation. He worked hard for that day and simply because your mangers are too lazy to switch people around or relook the schedule he can’t attend. I’m glad he quit and won’t be working with u guys no more. He doesn’t deserve that.

They put so much hot sauce on my food , 8oz ladle we couldn’t eat it , I told them there was way to much hot sauce but they just laughed and packaged it up 👎👎👎👎👎

I know this is not a Mexican restaurant but their food is still decent and filling. I typically order chicken or Barbacoa burritos. Get them double wrapped (two tortillas) so nothing breaks.

Ordered from Door Dash and none of my options came in, I got a plain carnitas butrito.
I first called the actual restaurant and the manager told me to get a refund from Door Dash. My refund on an item I spent $9 plus door dash delivery taxes and charges was $3.
A plain Carnitas burroto hardly worth eating.Is this a door dash failure, or Chipotle? What a terrible experience all around. Never doing business with Palm area Chipotle again.
This was around 810pm on 8-14-2021....I first called the restaurant located on West Shaw and they said they would replace my burrito, but I wasn't in the system, I ordered from Door Dash so wasn't sure where it came from. After calling this place, which put me on hold for 6 minutes, I felt like they just shifted blame to one of their partners??? Door Dash. Maybe it was Door Dash's fault, maybe it was a glitch in the connection to Chipotle, either way whoever the manager of W. Palm Chiptole failed miserably. Lost our service forever over a simple burrito mix up.....how sad, but hey not my business.

This Chipotle is open until 10pm. We arrived at 8pm on a Saturday night just to get some chips and queso. And we were told they were "Out of chips for the night."
Not that they were out of chips, which I could understand with the shortages happening everywhere. But no...they had just chosen not to make anymore for the night. With two hours left for the night?

Really ridiculous. I ordered a bowl door dash. There was old discolored lettuce and a whole shard half of an avocado in it. I guess cause I wasn’t in store they thought they could half a** it.
