Little Caesars

Usually don’t do this but here goes. Needed something fast for dinner, ordered online. It was ready when I got there, happy girl. Then I got home… one pizza was BURNT!! The other was soggy but edible. I threw the black edge of the pizza away before I put it on the table, before I even thought to write a review. But believe me when I say burrrrrnttttttt!!!! Wow. Now I know why I see some people open up the pizza box before they leave the store. I guess I have to check before I leave from now on. Unacceptable!!

Can someone explain to me why a pepperoni pizza cost 5.99 but a 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese cost 7.49? I'm literally paying for less pepperoni. 😂 Im not sure how these prices are made up but I imagine it would cost the same as a pepperoni. Also they had me wait 45 minutes for 2 pizzas. This whole staff is moving in first gear.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I did an online order, when I arrived there was o e person on the store and visibly 3 employees. I waited 10 minutes prior to going up to the counter and asking for assistance up front. The person who came up front had a bad attitude from the start, told him what my name was, he went to grab the pizzas and forgot two of them, dropped them on the counter and walked away. A lady behind me said loudly (some customer service) she held the door and I left. I realized upon getting home I was missing 2 pizzas, that is my fault, but I was shocked at the way the employee acted. Tried to call. No answer. I drove back. Waited again a few minutes prior to calling over the counter. Same guy came around. I asked to speak with the manager. He stated he was a manager. I told him he needed additional training because his customer service skills lacked tremendously, and told him I’d be calling into corporate. Very surprising this location is still open, they are really bad at everything.

A Mexican-Asian with a come over was watching Family Fued behind the counter with headphones and ignored me while I tried to order, when his White coworker with curly hair comes up with his pants down to his knees to take my order, only to say I gotta wait an hour for a single bag of breadsticks!!! After I turned to go out the door I saw this big Mexican fella twerkin by the drink selection!

For a business that depends on service they suck. There were 7 people working. I tried to call ahead and no answer. I go in and call them while I'm standing in line. Still no answer. When I ordered I said to the guy you need to answer the phone. He said they were too busy. I hope whoever owns this Little Caesar's reads this. When there are 7 people working someone should be able to answer the phone. Bad service is bad for business.
