It's Dairy Queen. How can anyone complain about soft serve ice cream. It was a beautiful day, so they were very busy. Staff took my order quickly, and I received my order after a reasonable amount of time.

There were at least 5 employees behind the counter, 4 of which were just standing there not doing anything. Only one was taking orders with 4 groups in line. The girl taking orders seemed to be new as she was very slow. We had a program we needed to attend and it was very poor service, so we were very frustrated. The food was good and was served fresh. BTW, we were late getting to the program.

Ordered ice cream cake for Mumsy day and had a banana split. Prompt friendly service. Employee who I think was management helped us with cake order. Made sure we knew moms get free ice cream on mothers day. Much better service than old DQ

Love the update, 🤙🤙 obviously love ice cream&cheese curds 10/10 do recommend. 3/10 ranked review for the customer service, kids working behind the counter shouldn't be discussing their "recreational activities" nor drug deals. Y'all need to watch your mouths at work.

NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE WENT HERE...
I went here for chicken sandwiches and strip meals. When I got the food home (literally 6 blocks) unpacked it and it was just horrible, disgusting and COLD everything was ice cold except fish sandwich. Called manager talked with him they made it right with me and the new food was top notch like we usually get from DQ thanks DQ manager for fixing it.
I am giving 5 ⭐ because like I said not my first time here in all the times we have had DQ it's always awesome but for this one time so hence 5 stars.

Nice and newly upgraded. We just ordered a couple of blizzards but after a short wait, they were some of the best we'd had in awhile. Staff was friendly.

I didn't like the way they deliver your food. They don't wear gloves and they bring your sundae with order and deliver with their hands My sundae was melted by the time I was ready to eat it. Then when the gal cleaned off the tables she didn't use any gloves and handled the condiments tray with her hand. You need to do some changing because you don't know where and what they were doing before delivery of the order
