Take a look at the pictures. These bowls were feathers. Normally I can barely finish a bowl without adding “extra” anything. Today I am going hungry. I used to work at chipotle myself so I know about portioning sizes. Manager said she couldn’t do anything since I ordered through a third party... maybe adjust portion sizes in the future according to guidelines? Disappointing experience

If you want to eat half cooked rice then come here and get stomach ache.
Pathetic service, at 7 PM Monday running out of Lettuce seriously...
I ordered 3 burrito bowl and my kids started getting stomach ache and later when I tried the rice was half cooked.
Never ever going to eat at this location.

I ordered online. The app showed it will be ready at 6:10 pm. I was there before 6:10 and I could get the order at 6:45. 35 minutes delay is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. If you cannot deliver don't promise. In addition when I tried to ask about my order cashier cut me and said just wait without even listening. In store customers came and left. As I had already paid I could not leave so they prioritized in store customers.

I love the swift service. Menu is kinda hard but i am from the south we use way too many words. The food yummy. I got black bean and pinto beans mixed on brown rice with veggies and chicken. Now one crazy thing is the avocado is $2.50 as a add on. Omg way more then the grocery store. Well i wish u best i spent $22.50 on two burritos both with avocado and water cups.

The manager needs to teach the associates customer service, had 4 people and only one person helping customers with their orders. Not to mention the line was almost out the door.
