Taco Bravo

I had the chicken taco combo, and my friend had the beef super burrito. We were both not impressed. The chicken in my tacos was dry and bland. Too much cheese and no veggies of any sort on the tacos. The shells are crunchy and fall apart, though at least those tasted good. My friends burrito was large but was far too salty, and did not have a good flavor. Neither of us finished our food. That being said, at least the place was clean, and the staff was polite, and we were served our food quickly. The price was reasonable too. But none of that really matters if the food isn't any good. I do not recommend this place if you are expecting a traditional taqueria. If you want Taco Bell, then this place might be for you.

Halal meat is served here based on a sign in the place and also verbal assurance from staff. I had the chicken enchilada with a side of chips (they did not have anymore salsa left when i was there). It was decent food. Place is kind of like a "truck stop" taco spot. Few seats inside. Fast and friendly service. Free refills on soda.

Taco Bravo is so good. It's hard to explain how good that block of cheese on the burritos and tacos really is. And that sauce! Lol, my hubby goes through like a container a bite! It's not where I go when I want good Mexican food, lol. It's in a class all its own. Definitely in the home taco genre- It's where you go when you want those Lowry packet seasoning tacos that your mom made for you as a kid. Just go there.

I love this place could eat here everyday! Only thing is I went in yesterday lady taking offers at the cash register told me that I couldn't have my food the way I wanted it because they already made it. The way she said it I didn't like. I imediately was upset. I told her to make another like how I want. I love to eat here so that's the only thing that saved her old ass. All the other people are great so I'm cool
