The Food Heard about this place from friends, and got a chance to check it out for lunch. We got a decent sized group, and ordered a good variety from the menu. Got the typical dim sum dishes and some other items, along with dessert. - Steamed Shrimp Dumpling (Har Gow, 蝦餃) - Steamed Shrimp & Pork Dumpling (Shiu Mai, 燒賣) - Steamed BBQ Pork Bun (蜜汁叉燒包) - Steamed Shanghai Style Dumpling (XiaoLongBao, 小籠包) - Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll (鮮大蝦腸粉) - Etc., etc., etc. They have some unique dishes here that I've not seen in other restaurants. - Crispy Fried Milk - Fresh Mango Mochi All the dishes were fresh and pretty good. They also came out pretty quick after we ordered. The Miscellaneous The restaurant itself is within an interesting plaza, surrounded by business buildings. The interior gives off a different vibe than most other Chinese restaurants. But it still has a decent amount of seating. We went during lunch hours and they were quite busy. The service was normal, but they did a good job of seating customers and cleaning up efficiently. They have quite the extensive menu with a wide selection of dishes. The prices are about average or slightly high for a sit down dim sum, but not unreasonable. Pretty decent place and would come back with friends again.

05/31/22 afternoon yay dim sum in trays ready to go $5+ 3 egg tarts .50 for to go packaging? 🚹🚺🚻 clean unisex restrooms called in order for pick up glad BK bistro now has egg tarts order wasn't ready when I came in to pick up still no indoor dining, nice outdoor patio with umbrellas, and restrooms are unisex and open to customers to the right of pick up table down the hall at end to the left remembered to asked for forks ; weren't in bag sticky glutinous rice in a leaf and sesame dim sum never disappoints forgot to check if hours are still early close (7 p.m. since 2020 covid-19 or extended)

Ordered @10:16, the lady said it has to be ready in 45 minutes. Ok, come to the restaurant @11:24, one lady said out order is not ready. When asked some more questions, she either reply she can do nothing or no replying at all. I understand it is rush hour during weekend, but 8 dim sum dishes for 1 hour is long, moreover still waiting outside and the lady said she is not sure for the waiting time. It is 11:36 already. Ordering takeout or dining in on weekend is really bad idea. The service is impatient and impolite.

A TRUE HIDDEN Gem. All dishes are made fresh to order, what I do is order 4-5 items from Dim Sum menu. When that arrives, I place my 2nd order. When you time it right (15-20 min). It's beautiful. Just remember freshness takes time to prepare. At B K's Bistro, it's always worth the wait. My first Chicken feet. Loved it.
