came to this starbucks about a week ago and was served by a lovely Abby; she was very knowledgable about the drinks when I asked her about the new brown sugar oat shaken espresso (which was delicious). staff are always friendly and drinks are always well made!

Have a love/hate relationship with this place. Sometimes they get my order right, sometimes it’s wrong. They do fix it, but sometimes with attitude, sometimes with no attitude.

Counter staff must have been new, I had to repeat our order and correct her a couple times. I really love Starbucks normally.

The people are so nice here I never have a bad experience! I don’t go to any other Starbucks because this is by far the best one I’ve been to. They are always so kind and fun!

Poor customer service. Prices are high. Terrible tasting coffee. I am a local that frequents often. There is always a line that is waiting to be served. Being a regular customer has never been recognized. Have received email with offers, but when trying to redeem, there was not a employee who could assist me. The App does not offer rewards. I do not recommend Starbucks in Freeport Maine.

Service was Horrible. We had 8 people in our trip from NY and we all ordered drinks. Every single one was terrible! We had 2 people with us who work for Starbucks in NY and they even said it was terrible. They couldn't understand what they're doing to get everything wrong!
