I don’t think this is a double roast beef n cheddar?! Also ordered a double regular roast beef…it also looks like this beef and cheddar sandwich…Plus asked for sauce and didn’t get it. Thumbs down 👎🏻👎🏻

The lady that works most mornings here is phenomenal, idk why she hasn’t found a better job. Super nice, accurate information and the food that’s delivered is tasty and edible. I refuse to eat here in the evenings, such a difference night/day it’s unreal. Most of what I’ve ordered in the evenings aren’t even edible, like it’s been sitting in a window for hours and the condiments are always a mess in the evenings.
Hire more people like the morning shift and you’d easily get 5 stars.

We ordered something simple...2 number 1's. Sandwiches so cold. My sandwich was placed on the wrapper which was wrapped inside out. It was so smashed it looked like someone put there fist into it. Disappointed. Never going back.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered our food, get to the window Janessa the woman who was at the window was very rude. Never once said hello, never asked if we wanted any sauce for our sandwiches nothing. Handed us our food and that was it.

An adult needs to take charge. When a menu item isn't able to be made as requested by customer i.e. no lettuce or tomato employee should say we don't make it special. Ordered gyros just like that and got lettuce, and no sauce or onion. Wasn't able to eat it because it was mostly lettuce and I'm allergic. What a waste of money.

Charged for two ranches tonight after having to cancel my door dash order because they wouldn’t add ranch to the order. So went to drive through and paid and they didn’t even put it in the bag.

Upon one of my many journeys through the lands, I developed a strong craving for a reuben sandwich. I remembered hearing that Arby's carried one so I tried it. I was very satisfied.
