Panera Bread

Food was excellent, customer service was above and beyond. I had order the wrong salad and had left the store for about 10 minutes. After notice I came back and explain my situation to the cashier. He stopped and went and made the salad for me right then and there. His name was Zack and the team there do a excellent job. I will gladly come back and continue to!

Our family often eats at various Panera locations but the way we were treated here was the worst. We spent day at Six Flags and wanted to grab something to eat. According to guide place was closing at 8 and when we got there it was before 7 but manager was very frustrated when we walked in saying that they are closing at 7. So we just wanted to get food to go and eat in the car. I overheard staff complaining about "another order". We ended up getting some of the food cold and no plastic utensils for salads and soups. Tried to knock on widow after we walked out but they just ignored me. Good thing there was Dunkin across the parking lot were I got some spoons.
