I really enjoy the rewards. I do get some real good buys. The quality of the food is good, but you need to check your bag to make sure your order is correct. I have had mistakes in on more than one location. I have to say that they keep the place real clean.

First time I visited a Wendy's late at night that didn't have a problem with their Frosty machine and actually had both flavors because my wife likes it 50-50

BEWARE!!!!! The worst experience you could ever have in a fast food, a fly inside a salad. Didnt call the same day because it was late. Went the next day with the salad and ask to speak with the supervisor and she aaid that she didnt have time at the moment, that she was busy. When I showed her the salad, she was like, dont worry, do you have the receipt with you for a refund? LIKE IF A REFUND WOULD MAKE THIS EXPERIENCE WORTH IT.

The staff of this place were extremely friendly and the food was very fresh, however the place seemed a little unclean but nothing to major to cause a fuss about. Just maybe you occasional crumb here and there on a table.

A tragedy.
My review from one year ago:
"Best Wendy's I've ever gone to. Food comes out great (I always get a number 9) when I go there (usually weekdays around 3:30) and the staff usually seem nice. I've personally never had a bad experience at this location, so five stars from me. Keep up the good work!"
My review now: A place that has fallen from grace. I don't know what happened but my usual order is no longer an option. Nuggets/chicken is low quality, flavorless, and sad. Fries are the same thing and are now Burger King-tier (really bad). I don't know what has happened, but I've tried giving this place chances after the first bad experience, but it's the same song and dance. To the Wendy's owner who may be reading this, please explain what has happened. I am depressed from this.
