The food was amazing, the only poor thing was the waitress. She was rushing us to be done. Other than that we all had a great time.

This was the worst sushi I have ever eaten in my life. The fish was slimy and old as well as the rice. I ordered a rainbow roll , eel roll and happy roll. All three were falling apart and looked like they were made days ago. I’ve seen better and actually ate better sushi from wegmanns. Then I called to ask for a refund and was told I had to calm the owner”Peter” I’m guessing I will never get my kidney back for this disgusting mess they called sushi. Stay far away from this place. Unless of course you want salmonella poisoning.

Ordered take out sushi. Pretty sure it was a day old. I’ve had better sushi from the grocery store. Given this place too many chances. Also- never in my life have I seen spicy tuna that looks like this….

For years we lived the Mahzu in Aberdeen. This one in Freehold has frequently forgot to put the whole order together a few times already only to get home and have missing orders. We love their Sushi but not the forgetfulness.
