After being seated the waiter did tell me it would be a bit before I can order a drink, another employee did come over and get my drink and order. Took well over 5 mins to get silverware after my food came out. The food was just okay, only ate half of my chicken parmigiana as you can see I got an extra noodle.

My family and I went here last night and the service was excellent. Our waitress took our order (a family of 5) without writing anything down and the order came out perfect. She and her side kick (who was a new employee) did an awesome job. Very attentive. Food was delicious. I have been to this restaurant several times and to me the service gets better and better. Also, you can't beat the price of the food. If you haven't tried their Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp, you have got to try it. Simply the best!
Wanted to add to this review. Yesterday my office ordered Applebee's for lunch. We received excellent service. Used the online ordering for our order and Brooke followed up with a call to ensure a perfect service. She was pleasant and efficient to work with. Absolutely the best!

My boyfriend and I walked in to have dinner and there were only two other customers in the entire restaurant. We were seated and waited about 15 minutes with no service. The waiters and waitresses were all in a group just talking to each other. There was one waitress who walked by us several times but never said anything. I asked her if there was anyone who would be able to take our order and 20 minutes after we were seated we were finally greeted and received drinks. I just don’t understand why the 10 waiters and waitresses talking to each other weren’t able to stop their conversation and take care of a customer. The food was cold and did not taste good.

Not my best experience tonight, but the manager made it right. The restaurant was fairly busy when I got there. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin cooked medium. I got my steak well done so I sent it back for a new one. It took quite a bit of time to get my replacement steak so the manager comped my entire check.
I appreciate that they took care of things without being asked. I have that the manager had to take care of so many issues, but she did a good job on taking care of her customers.

Applebee's is a great chain, but not all are the same. OK, I take my family here once or twice a month. Food is good, service is spotty. Wife and tried going out one night (about 10 PM) to Applebee's. Well, not too impressed. 1. Table was wet and sticky and the person wiping the tables had no dry cloth to dry the tables. 2. Margarita served in a tall glass, not a Margarita glass. Also, the margarita was served not shaken. I specifically asked for it to be shaken and the person who served me was the bartender, so it's not like the server forgot to tell the bartender; the bartender just didn't care. 3. Stacking the chairs 2 hours early from closing time is just not so inviting. The staff is more concerned about getting off than working their job. Management... (crickets). I did enjoy watching the FL State game though and they did have Sam Adams Oktoberfest on tap (yum!).

The food was outstanding, everything was perfect. The food was great the server was excellent, we will definitely be going back to this applebees.
