Chili's

Y'all know Chili's is my favorite right? Not this Chili's. The service was awful and scattered. Food was cold. One of our party didn't recieve her food until the rest of us were almost finished. Took over an hour. And our server got our order wrong and over charged me. Very disappointing. Won't return to this location again.

Barely a two at best. My burger was way overdone, our fries and our fried pickles were swimming in oil. My wifes Chile was also greasy. Our server came and took our order then never returned until we were completely done and ready to leave. She never stopped to see if we needed anything (which my wife did) through our entire meal or brought out our food. The place was far from full so we can't even give her credit by saying she was too busy.

Do NOT eat at this Chili’s. I’ve been going to this location for a long time and typically had decent food. However, I ordered takeout on Tuesday and two days later I was eating some leftover chips and found a raw piece of chicken in the bag. I called the manager to let them know what happened and was left with a response that they’ll “look into it.” Manager was very unapologetic and unaccommodating, claiming they don’t prepare raw food near prepared food ready to be served. The lack of concern from the manager was appalling. I would not trust eating from this restaurant ever again.

The first time I went for lunch in April, had an awesome waitress and food was even better. Second time took family and the food was bad. This last time was even worse. We went around 10 pm, staff was not friendly. Due to being avoided, asked for food to go. Didn't get any of the side toppings that go with fajitas. She just put it to the back and didn't pack it up. Honestly she could of just brought me a container to do myself. The most disappointing part was my chicken was white and chewy looking. My husband (who has worked in restaurants for over 15 years) told me it was microwaved in a bag, which is why it looked like that. Third time is a charm, won't go back.

After a failed attempt at a late lunch at another nearby restaurant, we decided to stop in at Chili’s. This is our first time at this particular location. Even though things were busy, we got seated immediately with the dreaded party of 5! Our waitress was awesome, polite, friendly, super attentive, and was great to deal with. Service was awesome and VERY quick! I highly recommend this location.

We ordered late in the evening. Upon getting home to unwrap our dinner for 5 people, we learned that 40% of our meals were burnt. Our chicken was rock hard (unable to cut or chew), our fries were hard as chips, and the southwest roles were burnt and dry on the inside. I suspect they double cooked certain foods because we ordered 45 minutes prior to closing. The items that were made to order (salmon/fajitas/burger were edible).

So you have to be really bad for me to leave a review because I never leave reviews. First the from desk worker was racist and told colored people that the wait was going to be an hour while white people were sat instantly. Our waitress never came to assist us. Only once for the food. We were also never given the chips and salsa. My food was so salty and my girlfriend ordered some salad and a quesadilla. The salad was more dressing than salad and the quesadilla literally looked like it was cooked 30 min ago. The cheese was so hard and not even melted. Our table was also very sticky and the person working at the front desk kept staring at us which made us feel uncomfortable. We were also overcharged but our waitress was nowhere to be found. Save your money and do not come here. Everything is awful
