Most menu items have too much sodium. Doesn’t seem to be a 100% whole wheat bread. Rewards used to be generous but recently I bought my seventh meal for a reward and was $1 off. Seriously, I can find more loose change under car seat. Sorry Panera but you’re not making it easy to keep me coming back.

Nice layout with plenty of spacious indoor and outdoor seating. Staff here seemed a bit cold and reserved. Restrooms were filthy and smelled of urine. The team preparing the food was not wearing any hair nets or hats which is a food safety violation. Slow to get order out.

The manager was excellent but I got a case of bad lip from one of a young millenial in the back. I was afraid to send my smoothie back. People say to never turn your food items back.

Good food with a reasonable price. You have a lot of options with plenty being healthy in nature. You can order on the kiosk and avoid lines at the counter. The coffee is also good here. Overall, a good place to go and not hard on the wallet. Enjoy by yourself it in a group as they can seat more than a few here. One of my preferred places to eat at home and on the road.

service is the worst - cant get help, people just stand around - ordered pickup, sat in the car after checking in for 5 minutes - went inside to grab it myself and a worker at the counter was literally standing around doing nothing.. WHY do you have pickup if you don't ever bring out the orders??? happens every time and will never ever be back to Panera..

Had the choose two 1/2 asian chicken salad with 1/2 Tuscany chicken sandwich. Salad was really good, but sandwich was just ok. The price I found to be expensive.

This review is based on this location. From the perspective of Panera as a whole, the food is really good. We placed an order through the app, we live less than a mile away, arrived to pickup as the order was placed in the window, and came immediately home. Would give higher rating to this location if they had not missed one of our items, given utensils for only one of two meals, and if their frozen drinks were actually frozen (see the pic attached). This is the second time we've ordered here. The previous one was ok so hopefully I can update this review in the future.
