I loved my visit to this ChickFilA! Definitely my favorite place to be when I’m in Fredericksburg. Even compared to the other ChickFilA’s in the area, this one is the best! Especially my server, Audrey! So hospitable and definitely great at her job. 100% would recommend to anyone in the area. Also, this one guy named Billy is pretty cool. He’s got some slick hair. Amanda was pretty smooth too! I think she was bagging up my order or something important. Also, Jonah, although really sunburnt, he did pretty good too. Recommending sunscreen to him though � Amber was pretty awesome too but I didn’t see her too much. Mike is literally the most hospitable man I’ve ever met! He’s amazing! Ricardo seems pretty great; I think he works in the back mostly with all of those amazing kitchen workers! And Jacob was pretty cool too! I heard he’s getting married on Sunday so best of luck to him. But Jacob Rollins was unbelievable, his hairs messy and he’s got a really weird beard. Makes a good Arnold Palmer. But seriously? Best place ever! Almost like Heaven on Earth.
You can’t leave unhappy. They won’t let you. If you think staff are polite at ChikFilA, the staff here make your staff seem rude. The drive thru is efficient.
The rep was customer friendly and felt like home and the food was delicious and I asked for a refill for my lemonade 🍋 which was free. My co-worker said it's better than McDonald's which was across the street.

Always a good experience. Clean inside, fast moving drive thru, and friendly service. My only complaint is that they haven't opened the kids play area. Its time to make that an option again. Maybe have a staff member posted to check temperatures and give bracelets or hand stamps so they can enter and play.
The staff went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience! I also felt valued as a person! Definitely awesome (Shoutout to Essa, Jordan, Andrew, and the girl who was the supervisor yesterday)
After stopping at this Chik-fil-A I do believe that it has cemented my opinion that Chik-fil-A is my favorite fast food place to grab food from while driving any sorts of long distance. Their staff is always, and I mean ALWAYS, happy, polite and insanely efficient. There's a reason why there's always a long line at every Chick-fil-A. Best yet, they always only take several minutes to get thru since it's just not one person you're dealing with behind a window. Instead, you're greeted by several staff members along the way and infact at the end you're usually handed your food from a team member on your side of the window. It's awesome, and this particular store gave us chicken tenders that were moist and crispy and nuggets that were divine.
