Burger King

I'm not a big fan of bk.when ever I went to get food from there it was either cold or they screwed the order up. But this time when we went the chicken sandwiches were hot which was a shock but the two hamburgers were room temperature at best.and for this particular bk the tables were filthy with dried ketchup on it that's looks to been there for days. The men's room had dry urine on the floor that was all crusty and disgusting like it's been there for days. I can definitely say We WILL NOT be going there again which is a shame because bk's food was actually good till they tried to change there image a few years ago and it all went downhill from there. GROSS!!!!!!

Over the summer and most of fall, this BK has been doing a 'made to order' kind of service. Sure, we'd be waiting in line for 10 minutes, but almost everytime I ate here, the food was hot and fresh. That's what I liked. Now that it's winters it seems the BK is under new management and back at it with the fast service where half the time your food is luke warm/incorrect and the other half it's over cooked /dry like it's been sitting. I only give 4 stars for the service over the summer, last few visits recently I've been less impressed.

I’ve had a couple of bad experiences at this location (Franklin, NJ) Unfortunately, it’s the closest Burger King near me. They either don’t give me what I order so , I have missing items in my bag or they give me the wrong food. I drive seven miles to my house and instead of whoppers we have burgers with mustard and cheese . What they gave me for large fries was pathetic. I’m done.

I stopped inside for a soda, and overall, the experience was pleasant. The store was updated, clean, and the staff was friendly. Health and safety protocols were in place and being followed. The location is convenient, parking is plentiful, and the drive-thru is easily accessible. I gave four stars because I was the only customer inside the building and I had a small order. I can't say if the experience would be the same during a heavier workload.

So I asked for a simple order… cheese burger and Junior whopper no cheese… got the food after 10 minutes waiting… cheese on the whopper….. I come back to get a whopper with no cheese, I get a whopper with no ketchup or onions… I showed up to the menu and they knew it was me so they didn’t answer, told them this was very unacceptable and left the sandwich by the menu

This is the slowest and worst Burger King restaurant I have ever been to. Suggestion: don't visit until you see a sign that says, Under New Management! Because that is what it needs. Personally, I think it needs a Woman Manager, as the men there obviously don't know what they are doing! I was planning to dine in but after 10 minutes of No Attention given to the crowd on line in the place,... I left. I pity the customers at the drive in window, who could not see the incompetence in the kitchen, moving at a snail's pace. Hi the McDonald's or Wendy's or Taco Bell!
