Franklin House Of Pizza

Unique pizza but it’s fantastic. Clean like your grandmas kitchen clean ! Nice people great service . Had to check it out cause I live in Providence and people were raving about it . It’s out way for me but was they were right . Got a sub to it was perfect. I’m definitely going back not as much I would like cause of the distance . But I’ll be looking forward to it .

Ran out of an ingredient that every Italian restaurant should have in ample abundance and cancelled my online order without a word. I lost an hour and my appetite trying to straighten it out. This was the owner too, refusing to make the rest of the order, which he was perfectly capable of making, out of pure spite. Needs new management badly, and maybe someone who actually takes inventory? To clarify the place was empty to two people showed up the whole time I was there, no reason they should have run out of anything.

I usually order lunch from here. The guy working behind the counter is always nice. The food is always quick from when I order to when I pick up. My gripe is with price and quality of the food (I must admit I've only ever done subs and the gyros). For starters the Gyros are not fresh made by them, they are brought in from elsewhere. Second, the subs have left me dissapointed every time... the steak and cheese is dry, the chicken parm is just there no real flavors, the cold cut subs are alright. Last, the prices. For the quality of the food are simply too much. I've been to other places that are cheaper and where the food is much better.

Bad experiences with restaurants tend to stay with me forever so I'll apologize for that right up front. This used to be a great place many years ago. But time and endless changes in ownership and personnel have not served this place's loyal customer base well. Prices are way up and quality is way down. Portions have shrunk as well. It's just not the restaurant it used to be. What used to be the best pizza and sub place in town is now at the bottom of our list. Almost anyplace else in town is better.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I never do things like this but this place has messed my order up twice and done nothing to fix it. We ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza. There was no sauce on the pizza (not even Ranch, which is in the title of the pizza.) They said no problem well make you another one. I drive back to the store and waste my gas for them to not give me another correctly made pizza but to just give me a side of ranch and claim that they put it on in the first place. Now the pizza is cold and I will never buy anything from this location again. Maybe you should teach your employees a lesson in customer service.

Let me start by saying I never complain about my food, but the pizza I got from here was so bad!! It was a soggy mess from what I assume was the extra spinach I got on it. I called and asked if I coiuld get something else and who I think was the owner or manager straight up said there's nothing I can do for you! WOW! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE, AWFUL!
