This McDonald's has recently been remodeled, and is state-of-the-art. I ordered and paid at one of the four touch screens. An employee came by when I first came in and asked if I needed any help, which I didn't. I took a numbered table marker, sat down in a comfy upholstered chair next to a window, and waited a couple minutes, and a server brought my food: an egg biscuit and bottled orange juice. The food was good, and I read my book while eating. Successful experience!

The franklin employees are always very friendly and rarely screw orders up. For example, the Milford one off of medway rd, constantly mixes orders up. This one is on point. 4 stars tho because they never have unsweetened hazelnut flavor for coffee and it's the only flavor I will drink ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ PLS ORDER THIS FLAVOR!!

I thought this place was awesome! Our food was hot and the staff were very pollite. I know sometimes people don't get exactly what they ordered but sometimes that happens so relax and just ask for it the way you wanted. I was very impressed with the indoor playground! Very clean and safe for the kids. I definitely recommend this McDonald's! Thank you for the great service!

Service at the Franklin Mass McDonald's was never great, but could have overlooked that thanks to its nice classic store look. Now they are changing it! Shame on you people! Very bad for your carbon footprint to remodel a perfectly good store for nothing!

So I've always been a fan of McDonalds breakfasts since I was a little kid, the hot cakes were to die for..but I'm sorry to say that Taco Bell has stolen your control of breakfast in this area. Unless you guys can make something as extravagant as the AM Crunchwrap I'm pretty sure that you have some issues coming your way.

I usually go to McDonalds for breakfast twice a week but I tried Taco Bell's breakfast menu yesterday and it was phenomenal!!! I think I will change up my routine for where I get breakfast
