I like that they always greet you at the drive thru by asking how you are. Nice way to start! Our food was accurate and the line moved pretty quickly. Fast food is getting pretty expensive, but Taco Bell is still a pretty decent value.

Loved Taco Bell here! Scared me half to death when I finally noticed it was gone. Only found out when I was looking for a quick meal the other day, and the building was gone. Thought I was in the Twilight Zone or something. I hope it is just a renovation and not Taco Bell leaving Franklin for good.

How dare you tear down my only choice of dinner! Do you know how rare it is my husband and I actually come to a consensus on what we want for dinner, and then we show up and taco bell is just a pile of concrete? When I come back tomorrow, it better be open.

To the guy working the drive thru tonight (2/25 @ 1am), you made the best Crunchwrap Supreme and Cheesy Gordita Crunch I’ve had in a LONG time…. maybe ever.
I’m from out of town and I wish there was a t-bell this good in Cincinnati. Thanks for satisfying our late night Taco Bell fix.

If you need to move fast, go inside and order. I always check the last car in the drive thru and am out with my order before they are just pulling away from the speaker... :)

RUDE..........I NEVER SEEN A NIGHT MANAGER SO RUDE TO A WOMAN LAST NIGHT. THAT HE HAD HER IN TEARS IN THE PARKING LOT. The food was good, but I was impressed with how professionally they handled a rude customer in their lobby. They did their best to keep the customer from getting upset and worked immediately to find a solution and make the customer satisfied, all while the customer was unpleasant towards them and impatient.
