The pizza has changed and the staff is so mucher nicer than before. We had not visited for at least 5 years bit last week decided to give it a try since we were told things had changed. And sure enough it has. Maybe new management whatever the case it is wonderful!

I’ve had issues with this Pizza Hut before but my most recent trip was a real let down. Let’s start: forgot hut favorite on my crust, pizza super greasy, breadsticks visibly well done and on the hard side, ice cold marinara sauce, and the marinara sauce was super liquidy (it’s not supposed to be that thin). Very disappointed, this would be a one star but the pizza taste pretty good when I let the grease drip off.

The Book it program , easy to use and great reward. Also very easy to use online. And the guy that I asked questions too at the Franklin Indiana store was VERY NICE and helpful.

In order for this to happen, I would have to come in and literally instruct them on how to make. Little more sauce, maybe lay back a smidgen on the cheese and a few more pepperoni. Other than that, seriously great pizza!

Honestly was the best Pizza I have ever had from Pizza Hut. Cooked perfectly, perfect amount of toppings, and excellent taste. Our Family is all in agreement and this is our new favorite pizza place.

Food is good! However, customer service is the worse! I waited over 20 minutes on hold, waiting to place an order. I pulled into parking lot at 22:07 minutes on hold. MGR said I am training people, yet he was jaw jacking with other employees. No apologies. There was no one making pizzas, no one on the phone. Sure wish they would put a Pizza Hut in southern Whiteland, with a different district manager! So over this store!
