White Castle

Always awesome!!!!! The food is great, safety protocols are in place and enforced, the staff is friendly, building is clean, and the service is exceptional! A personal thank you to Shelby for making my daughter Rowan, her friend Addie, and my son Colin's day with a couple orders of some delicious mac & cheese bites. Thanks so much again from the Gilvin's and our friends.

Been having a Great experience with fresh food from the cook, this was from a few days ago. Went this evening and ordered a 10 sack with jalapeno cheese, and the sandwiches came with a pound of Onions, So I called customer service and they was supposed to get right back with me so as I was waiting for my supper. I decided to run the same sandwiches back, and showed the girl All the Onions falling out of the bag. the girl said - would you like me to remake them and she made them the same way with the pound of Onions. Wow! Still haven't had supper and waiting for customer service to contact me. Time on the receipt 7:30. time now 9:22

Went to the drive thru 90 minutes before they closed after waiting a hour for a crave case. We tried to go back thru to order drinks since we had waited so long we were thirsty only to discover that they closed early. When I tried to call and let them know our predicament Shelby rudely informed her GM shut down and there was nothing she could do about it and hung up. Would not recommend this restaurant at all. Take the time and drive to the Greenwood location much better service there.

Went to try the new impossible burger sliders. The restaurant was way understaffed but the cashier girl did an admirable job of keeping it together. There place was clean and tidy. Burgers were ok and a little spendy (2x the price of regular burgers). I've had the impossible burger at other restaurants (where it was about the same price as a regular burger) and the one at White Castle was not quite as good as those. Not sure what would make the difference, honestly. Kudos to White Castle for being the only fast food place that I know of that offers the impossible burger. Since I had extra time while I was waiting I googled White Castle and learned that they were essentially the first fast food restaurant and had to invent their own supply chain to make it happen. Pretty impressive!

Rushing someone through the ordering process is not good customer service. Does your screen look correct? is not what I want to here three times, while trying to look at the menu and order. Being called a LIAR by four different employees...is NOT good customer service. If a customer comes to the window saying something is missing from the order 99% of the time, something is missing from the order. Do not tell the customer, no it's not. Do not tell the customer to check the bag again. Do not get an attitude and say no its in the bag. You will lose customers. I'm still waiting for the two sliders missing from my order, that were in my bag but weren't in my bag to magically appear.

If I could score it lower I would. Our drinks were but carbonation, we told the employee she said we needed to try an alternative drink. So my daughter both did. The drinks were worse, but because how rude she was we decided to go on our way. Then to find our order was wrong. And my toasted breakfast sanwhich which was to be sausage, I had 1 piece of bacon....1. My daughters came a sausage slider and it was to a bacon toasted. Terrible food, service and drinks. Never going to this location again
