If you want to dine in don't bother. After seeing the BK tv advertisements for new products I have tried 5 times to go there in about a month and a half. They are either completely closed or only the drive through is open. I was at the nearby Kroger last Sunday and noticed people dining in then, so I went back today to give them one last chance. Guess what? dining room not open. Here is the thing, there were 3 cars parked near the front doors but no one inside dining, so that must have been the staff? That is 2 more cars I've seen there when only the drive through was open. Not to mention there is a black broken down car that is always sitting at the back of the parking lot. Maybe BK needs to cut their advertising back and offer better pay and benefits to their employees?

I went to this BK because I was in the area I decided to give BK another try because I was hungry, well I must say this BK DID NOT Disappoint at all ALL of my food was hot and fresh without me requesting so and the lady at the drive thru Reese was very nice and sweet. She has great customer service and she called me sweet heart it reminded me of my grandma whom called me that. If I’m ever in this area again I will be sure to visit again at least this BK anyways.

Before the pandemic. This used to be our go to. Late night, just didn’t feel like cooking, whatever it may have been, we went here. Now, every time I come here, the food is rushed, you can taste the old oil, they are rude and are always “closing”. The hours posted, says 8 pm. 7:20 I’m in the drive through, a gentleman comes on and tells me he is already closed. 40 minutes early on a Friday? Years of being in the food industry and customer service, this is one of the saddest excuses of a establishment. Don’t go here, don’t waste time of your life and your hard earned money. 100% sad.

Highly unreliable and will frequently close or at least refuse to answer the drive-thru. You can try to go here if you like, but you're taking a losing gamble as to whether they'll be open or not. They frequently fail to answer or outright close two, three, or as today four hours earlier than they list their hours
