Subway sends coupons not to honor them.
I went here and bought two footlongs and tried to use a coupon, but cashier says there is worldwide outage and wouldn't accept the coupons and not processing the online orders. I was frustrated because I want to redeem my coupon. I am not going to visit any subway. Fix your system. I love Jersey Mike'S

The guy who was there needs a job change. He was rude and didn't listen to what we were wanting. He assumed we were all getting combos and charged as such when in fact 2 were only sandwiches. His whole attitude was bad and we will not return. It's no wonder there were no other customers there.

Visiting my local Subway is always a joy. Despite being perfectly capable of assembling a sandwich myself, I sometimes am too damn depressed and want to pay someone to do it for me. Getting a cookie always makes me feel better, too.

I have worked food business and understand it can be frustrating. But I always made a point to serve my customers until closing time to the last minute. I hated serving last minute customers also, but most the time it's not on purpose and some times it simply can't be helped. I just went to get a sandwich as I am just starting my work night and just got into Franklin. The advertised hours today and posted on the door are until 9:00 pm. I just walked to the door at 8:49 pm, the open sign above the door still on and went to go in and the door was locked. Two teenage girls behind the counter cleaning and trying to do everything so that they can leave the second the clock hits 9:00. Yes I would have prevented that if they served me but the truth is that it rarely happens in the food business where you can leave at close. Especially if you are properly managing the place and you are serving your customers until the advertised closing time. If the door was locked when I tried it at 8:49, how long before that did they actually lock it? If I were the owner of this establishment I would reprimand if not fire these two teenagers. Situations like this is what makes you lose customers. This will have actually been my first visit to this particular Subway, but now without having been given the chance to be served they will never have my business and I will not be returning.

I go to Subway's all over the place due to my work. I was happy to find this one clean, smelling fresh, and great service! There are some Subway stores that are not clean. I sat down with my sandwich because the place was clean. The 2 ladies behind the counter were very nice. I appreciate a good Subway store. :) Thanks!

Friendly staff and service is quick. Place was neat and not very crowded during lunch hours. Everything was fresh and refilled. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

i ordered online & asked for a veggie delight & called to double check it was correct & they said it was but it was wrong i asked for spinach mustard tomato & no green peppers sure enough there was no spinach mustard or tomato & it wasn’t toasted like i asked for & there was green peppers won’t be going back there
